I have not be on dA very much lately! I have a ton of messages, favs, journals, and pics to go through.

I'm not going to make any promises about coming back and being on more because I doubt I will, but I will say I am going to try and post at least 2 pictures a month. Also, I'm going to be deleting some of my older crap, so if you don't want me to, stop me... though I doubt anyone will read this.

I know alot of you don't care and most of you, if not all, won't comment but I'm still going to ask. I have alot of drawings to color and post. And I'm drawing at about 4 to 1 ratio of coloring. So, I wanted you people to decide which picture to color and post first.

Hellooo everybody! How are you all doing? That's nice to hear! Me? Pretty good, it could always be better am-I-right??
Anyway, the Oscars are tomorrow/today and I don't know about you, but I'm ecxited! Tell me who you think will win and any movies you think should have been nomed. I think Artist is going to get Best Pic, but I really think Drive should be getting it. I would have been happy if Drive walked (or drove, hehe) away with ALL the awards, but oh well. They'll have to settle for Sound Editing. Also, Alan Rickman should have been nominated for Best Supporting Actor for Harry Potter 8. He did an amazing job in that.



One other thing. If any of you pay attention to me (and let's face it, none of you do) you probably noticed that I haven't been posting anything for awhile. Well, not for lack of having stuff to post. I just keep drawing stuff and I'm not putting any time into inking or coloring anything. I should be posting something within the week. The real thing is, I think I'm coming to realize I'm not my best colorer. If I could find someone who could color my stuff, that would be awesome. Any ideas?

Oh, and one more thing. This coming Wednesday (Feb 29th) I'm going to California for a week to help at Health Freedom expo... and I'm wondering anyone has ever died of being nervous.

1. What is your favorite holiday? I think I'm going to be typical and say Christmas. It just gives me feelings no other holiday does. I love it.

2. What inanimate object would you most like to be able to talk to? Hmm... That's hard. Maybe a rock or something, that'd be sweet.

3. Would you rather eat cake or pasta for the rest of your life? Pasta, more variety and I wouldn;t get tired of it as fast. Plus, Mac and Cheese is one of my all time favourite foods.

4. What musical instrument do you wish you could play?It changes a lot, Pianos are great and it seems like something that's easy to impress people with. I wanted to play Bass after Scott Pilgrim showed how awesome that is. But, I guess I'd have to say Drums.

5. Have you ever solved a Rubik's cube? No, though I know someone who's Very good at them.

6. Name one thing you do to fidget when you're bored. Uh, depends on what's going on, but I tend to pace alot when I'm bored.

7. Which mode of transportation would you rather have: Flying car or Pegasus? Well, I don't know how to ride a horse, plus I can imagine it would get uncomfortable. The car would most likely last longer, plus I could get it fixed. Flying car.

8. Are you good at tongue twisters? No, not really.

9. What is your earliest memory? First thing that comes to mind is a Christmas at my Grandma's house arond the time when A Bug's Life came out. There is probably something further back, but that's what comes to mind.

10. How often do you check what time it is? Maybe every 15-20 minutes? Unless I'm waiting on something or have to be somewhere. Then it's more like 1-3 minutes.

11. What is your New Year's resolution? I don't do resolutions, they just disappoint me when I don't do them.

I just finished watching Attack the Block, and I must say I loved it!! Awesome film, really great. One of the best Alien Invasion films I've seen in a long time, way better than the last two invasion films (Skyline, Battle: L.A.). I thinks ya'lls should goes and check it out. Also, the Aliens in it were really good and creepy

I have a bunch of pictures I need to color and get up here. I like them, and I hope you will too.

My Spirited Away iPod picture is my most faved picture. It's honestly shocking (to me) how much faves that gets. I don't think there has been a week since I posted it that it didn't get a fav. That being said, I've been thinking of doing some more Spirited Away fan art, not because I feel like it, but because I think it'd be cool to get more views. Should I feel bad about this? Should I not do this? IDK, just feeling weird, don't want to make a big deal about it but... yeah.


Also, I've been trying at some stuff that people suggested to me (like Batman fan art) and also stuff I've been in the mood for (like blade runner fan art) and it's all been sucking so yeah.

Anyone here going to take part in any Black Friday sales? Me. I'm just going to go to the comic shop. They got some great deals going. I might see a movie after that.

Heeeyy!! I had a fun Halloween! I went as the elephant man, I'll probably post pics soon. I tried and failed to trick or treat but even with a mask on, at age eightteen, it was terrible. So no more free candies for me.

Haven't been up to much, just school. Trying to get some more pics up, I've been in a good drawing state recently so yeah.
I doubt anybody will read this but does anyone have any ideas for stuff for me to draw? Like I said, I'm doing really well right now, but I can't think of stuff to draw. So give me ideas... okay bye.

I had an awesome Birthday!!! WOOOOO! I gots some awesome presents and saw some movies it was awesome!!!
We went to a drive in and I saw Planet of the Apes which was AWESOME! I Reeally liked it! They did a great job on it, and I am really wanting a sequal... like now.
Also saw Horrible Bosses, which was... okay. It was really funny, but one of the filthiest movies I've ever seen. (if not #1) It relied way to much on sex humor.
All in all, a great night! Okay, good night!

It's that time of year again! I'll be stating up a full 24hrs soon (date tbd)! I'll be doing the same stuff I did last year which is: Comics/Movies/Video Games/Drawing and the like! It's going to be fun, I look forward to it! I just have to find a good movie or two and get some snacks and I'm ready to go!!

2) I bought 'The Box' on Blu-ray at a garage sale for $1... it wasn't worth it.

So, at around 2:30 this morning I did something I've been waiting to do for over 10 years. I finished the Harry Potter movie series. And now, after so long  of knowing these characters, Loving these characters, I must say a bitter sweet farwell. Bitter in the fact that I hate that the series is over with no more books(long since over) and now no more films. Sweet in the fact that this is an Amazing way to end a series.
The Harry Potter film series is completely unique in that it gives you 8 movies (and over 18 hours) to learn the world and the many characters. I can think of no other series like it, that you grow up with the people and love them as if they were real. I personally had no idea of how much I loved each and every character in the series, and to watch them die or be hurt, it truly feels personal. (I'm willing to admit I did cry)
This is a brilliant movie that moves me a way a movie hasn't for a while. It's wonderfully Directed by David Yates who did the films 5,6,7, and 7pt2. I'm excited to see what he'll be up to now that this series is over. Great acting from everyone, highlights would be Ralph Fiennes, Daniel Radcliffe, Daniel Tosh, and of course the Outstanding Alan Rickman who got to showcase his talents beautifully in some flash-back scenes. The special effects were awesome as usual as was the cinematography. The epilogue was done much better than I excepted, but at the same time it could have been better.
It's a shame this movie most likely won't be recognized as anything more than the end to a Hollywood summer blockbuster cash cow because I think it is so much more. I give the movie a 4.5 out of 5. I'd recomend it, but everyone who likes HP is already planning on it and everyone who isn't should read the books and watch the other 7 movies first.

Side note: The Dark Knight Rises teaser trailer was Absolutely Incredible. I can not wait to see that next year.

1: Sorry if my last journal came off a little ranty/whiny. I was just tired, I was probably a little annoying so sorry.

2: I love to write poetry and read it to people and have people read it. But for some reason, when it comes to reading other people's poems, I get really impatient and have a hard time paying attention. So, why is it that I like to write poems, but don't like to read them?

3: I'm going to post a short poem soon that I would discribe as sort of a written profile sketch. Like instead of drawing a face I'm imagining, I write a little poem about it. Gah!! It's so dang busy!! I haven't been doing anything for the last few days but work. Hard labor. Mowing Lawns, Emptying gutters, pulling weeds, carrying boxes of books! SO MUCH WORK!! SO TIRED!!! Let's look ate my schedule:
Tomorrow: Help set up town's festival thingy, carry box upon box of books.check on trash through the day.
Friday: Check trash, watch sale for couple of hours, help at book store.
Saturday: Check on trash throughout day, sit at sale some more, help put books away.
Sunday: Help clean up town at 8:00.
Monday-mid Wednesday: probably mow some more.
Wednesday-Sunday: Go to Chicago for a long and hard time of helping at the Health freedom Expo.
That last one is going to be freaky.
So yeah, busy. I'm greatful for the money (very much) but I just want a day to sit back! Oh well. i'm ranting and complaining.
